Claude Gmail: Privacy policy

This connector is operated by and for one person (the owner) on their own server.

Data accessed: the owner's Gmail messages and attachments, read-only (Google scope gmail.readonly), only when the owner's Claude assistant requests them.
Use: content is passed to the owner's Claude conversation to answer the owner's requests. It is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with anyone else.
Storage: email content is not stored. Only encrypted sign-in tokens are kept on the owner's server so the connection stays signed in.
Deletion: the owner can revoke access at any time in their Google Account under Security > Third-party connections, and delete the stored tokens from the server.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
